Returns | Exchanges

Our 10 day return / exchange policy is as follows:

 - All sales are final. Returns may be allowed for exchange or full store credit only.

 - Due to the size and complexity of shipping, the customer is responsible for shipping of any return.

 - Scooters must be returned in it's original packaging and condition as received.

 - Scooters must be returned with all original hardware, parts, chargers and any items that were included with scooter.

 - Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving delivery.

 - Once return is received, we will contact customer and issue the exchange or store credit.
